The unique look of kakamba beads is easily recognized among the beads of Africa. Originally produced in former Czechoslovakia, these beads are made using a special process whereby glass is pressed in a mold. Also known as prosser beads, these fun vintage African trade beads come in a variety of different colors and combinations. Each strand is unique. Each bead measures approximately 6-7 x 6-8mm, with a hole size of approximately 1mm. You will receive one strand measuring approximately 36". There are around 144 beads on each strand. Each amazing strand of Binta Banji is unique and will show some minor variation. Hard-to-find item with limited supply!
