All orders over $99 receive FREE SHIPPING within the USA.
Orders placed before 3:00PM Pacific Standard Time typically ship on the same day. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will generally be shipped the next business day. Domestic orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days, and non-USA orders generally arrive within 5-15 business days.

Rush Delivery

Facing a tight deadline? In a rush to get your beads? Great news: we offer a full line of shipping options including FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping. If you do not see the option that you need at checkout, then please contact us to discuss you specific needs. We will be happy to assist you with a shipping quote, the balance of which may be paid following your initial order. Also, kindly note that FedEx overnight delivery does not include Saturday delivery by default, however it is available as an added service if requested.

Worry-Free Return Policy

Our #1 priority is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any item in your order, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) to qualify for our worry-free returns. Upon receiving your returned item(s), you will receive your choice of refund or store credit for the full cost of the product(s)*. *Please note that upon approval, all returns must be shipped via USPS and must arrive in their original condition. Bead strands or products that are cut or altered may not be returned. Special orders are non-returnable.

Problem with your order?

If your order is missing any item(s) or arrives damaged upon delivery, please notify us via email within three business days of delivery. In order to file a damaged goods claim, we require photos of both the packaging and damaged merchandise.

If your order tracking shows as delivered but has not arrived, please notify us within three business days for appropriate investigation and recourse. We cannot be held responsible in cases in which we are not notified in a timely manner.

Non-USA buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Refused packages qualify for a maximum refund of total paid less actual shipping cost which may exceed shipping paid. Refunds for refused packages are processed within seven business days of delivery to our warehouse.

Flat rate delivery to non-USA addresses may not apply to heavy weight items including beads with diameter of 18mm and above. Buyer may be responsible and invoiced for actual shipping costs prior to shipment.
