Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Bead strands or products that are cut or altered may not be returned. Clearance items and items with "Hidden Gems" in the title may not be returned.

Please contact us before returning any items for refund or exchange. All returns must be approved prior to shipment.

Special orders are generally non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@thebeadchest.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For return shipments, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Delivered Orders

While estimated transit time for most domestic orders is 2-5 business days, depending on the address and the carrier, the transit time can sometimes range as much as 4-10 days. Note that if your package has not been delivered as quickly as expected, for domestic orders we ask that you allow up to 15 business days before we can declare the package as lost. For international orders, we ask that you wait up to 40 days. Of course we will assist with tracking the package and provide support until either your order is delivered or your concerns are otherwise resolved.

Packages Returned to Sender

Packages that are refused due to non-payment of customs or duties charges may be liable for the cost of return shipping.

If a package is returned to us because customs duties or import taxes weren’t paid, we’ll be happy to refund your order once it arrives back to us. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If there are any return shipping fees, those may also be deducted from the refund.

Items discounted 25% or more may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.
