Shipping policy

At The Bead Chest our goal is to meet or exceed your expectations and this extends to shipping and delivery as well. We offer a range of shipping options for all orders both domestic and international. Note that for USA addresses, free shipping is available for all orders over $99. Order total is determined by the post-discount, pre-tax subtotal. For this option we will select the most economical option which may be post or private courier (i.e. fedex, ups, etc). Estimated transit time for economy shipping is 4-10 business days however in some instances the delivery may occur sooner depending on the destination. We do our best to ship out orders within 1 business day however in some instances, depending on our shipping volume, it may take an extra day to get orders out.

For time sensitive orders, we recommend selecting from our faster shipping options such as expedited or Fedex 2-day delivery. If there is a very strict delivery cutoff, you may want to check with us in advance of placing your order and also specifying in the order notes any pertinent cutoff date. Please note that FedEx does not consider FedEx 2-day a guaranteed service. The only guaranteed service that we offer is FedEx Overnight.
