My initial order was lost in shipment because of a torn open envelope. Even though this was clearly due to rough, or intentional, miss-handling by the USPS, The Bead Shop replaced the entire order free of charge except for shipping costs. This is what I call excellent customer service!
These do not have pyrite inclusions found in natural Lapis Lazuli, which are characteristic to the stone. Authenticity is questionable
Would be most helpful to have receipt enclosed with prices so I more easily price my pieces to sell.

Bead Chest not only has marvelous beads that are even better than the photos, but they also have great seller communication! Beads are shipped quickly and wrapped so carefully that I have a hard time getting into them :)!!

I have been making bracelets using this Ghana recycled glass and it is so popular. This is a big win as the person wearing the bracelet is supporting a tribe in Ghana and they are supporting the effort of reduce, reuse, recycle. People get excited knowing that the bracelet and earrings are supporting the environment.
Yes this is a really pretty bead.... singular. I was a bit surprised when it was only one. Completely my fault for not paying attention to quantity. However I most likely won’t be ordering another. Now to figure out what to do with one bead. 😆
I love these beads because they have a bigger hole than those I can find at Michael's, etc! Each strand comes with around 51 beads

I love these beads and have bought multiple colors. However, these are not light aqua, they are baby blue. This is the second time I ordered them thinking oh cool, aqua ones. I wish you would make actual aqua ones. Until then, I’ll stick with white.
