These unusual old glass beads are associated with the Fulani people who inhabit a large region of sub-Saharan Africa. Living predominantly in Nigeria, the Fulani are known as one of the largest nomadic ethnic groups in the world. Each strand of these faded blue beads measures approximately 16-57mm wide by 8-12mm in diameter. There are approximately 25 beads on each strand with a hole size of 2mm. Each strand is unique and may vary slightly from photo. Some beads may be chipped due to age. Only a few strands available.
