These grey colored bone beads are designed in the spirit of traditional Nigerian coconut heishi. While these beads seem similar to their wooden coconut counterparts, do not be fooled. They are made of authentic recycled bone. Looks aside, they are more durable and a bit heavier than traditional African coconut beads. Each bead measures approximately 4 x 17-19mm, with a hole size of approximately 1.5mm. Each strand measures about 26" in length. Unusual find! Shade and tone of grey may vary slightly from photo.
