Product Details

Beautiful strand of multicolor recycled paper beads. These beads are made using recycled newspapers by working mothers in Uganda. Each bead is fair trade and handmade with love. Each bead measures approximately 10-22 x 6-10mm, with a hole size of approximately 1mm. You will receive one strand measuring approximately 54”. There are around 70 beads on each strand. Some beads may show slight sign of use, as they have passed through hands at African markets. Beads may vary slightly from photo as each strand is individually made by hand. The working mothers in Uganda are doing a beautiful job on these. I’ve ordered them 2 times now - usually so we can wear them and let our customers know about the history of them
