A bead scoop is the quickest way to clear a bead mat once a project is done, and the BeadSmith Scoop-EEZ does it in one sweep. The metal scoop measures 6 inches (152mm) long with a curved profile that gathers seed beads, pearls and glass beads as you run the long edge across the mat. Tilt, lift, then slip the pointed end into a tube or container and pour. It is a small thing to keep in your supply box, but it turns the end of every session into a tidy, fast cleanup, whether you are working at home, packing up after a class, or sorting a mixed strand of African trade beads back into storage.
