Admire this unusual strand of bone beads from Kenya. While Kenyan bone beads are common in a variety of shapes and styles, these beads come in a hard-to-find spherical shape. East African bone beads are handcrafted by artisans using recycled cow bone. Each bead is individually carved and polished, and is truly one of a kind. These beads measure approximately 25mm diameter, with a hole size of 3mm. Strands measure approximately 30", and have approximately 30 beads each. These are a great find for any beader looking to do something truly unique with their work!

All gorgeous!

I ordered at least 6 different strands from bone, wood, shell and brass. I was so excited to see them once they arrived. They actually looked better in person but that seems to be the case whenever I order from The Bead Chest. They are my go to bead source.
