Product Details

Take a look at this beautiful strand of African vinyl beads in a multicolor color. Beads such as these are found in Ghana and Nigeria where they are sometimes worn as waist beads. Older versions of vinyl beads were said to be made from recycled phonograph records. This strand measures approximately 35" long with individual beads measuring 1 x 5mm. These beads are light and fun to wear and also versatile for jewelry designs. Each strand is sold individually.

These weren't what I was expecting either. You have to put a lot of yellow ones together toake it darker and it was the only Michigan color they had so I wasn't able to use these either.
