Admire the detail of these unusual beads fashioned by hand in a rounded design from the natural shell of the ocean conch. The material for these unique beads is said to have been traded from the Bay of Bengal north towards the Himalayan mountains. No two beads are alike however beads measure approximately 12mm wide by 21mm diameter with hole size of 2mm. This is a longer strand that measures about 28". Each strand is unique and may vary slightly from photo. Beads may be used in your own special jewelry design however the beads have been nicely strung with a button fastener and the strand may also be worn as a necklace.
