Commonly known as "River Amber" these natural resin beads are not nearly as old as conventional amber. Made from hardened tree sap, these beads share in some measure the distinctive color and semblance of amber without the high price. These natural beads are one of the few styles we offer from Guinea-Bissau in West Africa. Each long strand measures approximately 32" in length with individual beads measuring 5-11 x 13-20mm. Each strand is unique and may vary slightly from photo. Only a limited number of strands are available.
