Admire the detail of these unusual beads fashioned in a bicone shape from the natural shell of the ocean conch. The material for these unique beads is said to have been traded from the Bay of Bengal north towards the Himalayan mountains. No two beads are alike however beads measure approximately 12mm wide by 9mm diameter with hole size of 1.5-2mm. The length of strand measures about 24". Each strand is unique and may vary slightly from photo. These beads are the perfect size to use in a bracelet or any other special jewelry design however they have been strung nicely and the strand may also easily be worn as a necklace.
