Product Details

From the artisans of Nepal, these handmade mala beads are individually made from recycled yak bone. Each bead is hand-inlaid with brass, turquoise, and coral color bits. Strands measure approximately 21" in length. Beads measure approximately 6mm in diameter, with a hole size of 2mm. Please pay attention to strand length as it may be too short to wear as a necklace. Our 8mm and 10mm sizes work better as necklaces. Beautiful green bone beads for your beading arsenal, or to use as is!

Reasonably satisfied

I modified the beads to a configuration I liked better so it's cool. I replaced the string with black elastic so I can wrap it around my wrist.

Green inlaid mala

Was super pleased with the colors of the green yak bone in laid mala. Unfortunately the 6mm sized mala could not fit over my head but they let me exchange it for another piece. Great piece though and great customer service.
