These beautiful beads were made by using the prosser technique. which was invented by the Prosser brothers in 1840 in England for the purpose of making buttons. This is done by taking the pasty glass and putting it under a lot of pressure and then firing it. The beads are 5mm in length and have an indentation design all around.
