Take a look at these amazing Turquoise color Hebron beads. Sometimes also referred to as "Kano Beads". They are said to have been made in Hebron circa 1800 if not earlier and traded southward into the African continent. Each strand measures approximately 26-28" including raffia with individual beads measuring from 18-16mm wide and 12-25mm in diameter. This unusual turquoise blue color is more rare. Several beads on each strand may show more chipping than others. Bead count may vary and is intended to be approximate. Please let us know if you require to see the exact strand you will receive in advance. You will receive a strand very similar to the strand pictured. A small quantity of mineral oil has been applied to these beads to enhance the color. If you prefer a more weathered look, we also have a second profile for turquoise Hebron beads that you can see here: https://www.thebeadchest.com/products/antique-turquoise-hebron-kano-beads-natural . Limited number of strands are available for these unusual beads.
