This is truly a heartfelt review!

From the moment I contact The Bead Chest and placed my first order, I knew I was in good hands.

I have placed a few subsequent orders. But, I must praise Bead Chest for a number of things.

First, I have never seen anyone package an order so meticulously!
Second, Their customer service is NOT pushy - but, right there for you when you need them
Third, my package had been opened in transit - it was pretty obvious. What was also obvious was that in the meticulous wrapping done by Bead Chest - the item I ordered was "missing." (to be kind). I called Bead Chest and told them what had happened. I even told them that it was obvious they had packaged the item, mailed it and it had been tampered with...

Without hesitation... I received a replacement in two days.

There aren't many companies in this world that would take care of a small customer like me. I value and cherish the business relationship with Bead Chest and proudly highly recommend them.
