Very nice strand of small Bauxite stone African trade beads !!!!!! The strand is in good condition (some beads are chipped). The necklace is about 24" long (of beads) with beads measuring 4-6mm in diameter.

Love these!

These are wonderful beads, substantial and quite heavy, lovely mixture of reddish brown earth tones, striking in various combinations with other stones or with metals.

Bauxite Clay Beads

I prefer to design with these rustic heishi-style beads when they are smaller than 6mm - and here they were at The Bead Chest! Very well made along strand, not many chips. They are lighter color than some I've seen, a paler red brown. But I still love these! Goes very well against turquoise, reds , greens, many uses. Fast shipping is terrific too! Thank you for offering these.
