Checkout this beautiful strand of red white heart beads! White hearts derive their name from the inner core of opaque white glass that is coated with a layer of translucent colored glass. This process produces beads with a unique character as light passes through the bead. Beads such as these are originally of French or Czech provenance and traded in Africa however this unusual strand is said to come from the Far East and has it's own special style. Each strand measures approximately 28" long, with individual beads measuring about 2-3 x 4-5mm. Every strand is unique and may vary slightly from photo.
