Our 14mm recycled glass beads are handmade by the Krobo people of Ghana using a centuries-old technique: glass is ground to a fine powder, packed into clay molds, and fired until it fuses into a solid bead. At 14mm they're a versatile mid-size — substantial enough to stand out, yet easy to string into bracelets, necklaces and bold designs. We carry them in a huge range of colors and patterns.

Because each bead is individually handmade, slight variations in size and color give every strand an authentic, artisanal character. They're eco-friendly, fair-trade, and full of color.
