Product Description
A beautiful strand of powder glass African beads, made by the people of Krobo Mountain in Ghana, West Africa. Made from bottles and other glass items that are turned into powder, then poured into molds in order to create these elbow shaped beads. Decorations on the beads are made with a paste made of colored glass powder and water which is applied by hand using a thin wooden stalk. The beads are cooked a second time to fix the decor. Each bead is unique and will measure approximately 9-11 x 8-9mm. Strand may vary slightly from picture.
