Placing An Order

How long does it take for delivery?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days of shipment, but may occasionally take longer. International orders may take between 5 business days to 1 month, depending on your country's customs office. The majority of international customers report receiving their orders within 10 business days.

Is there a minimum order size?

There is no minimum order size. Domestic orders over $99 are eligible for FREE shipping. Take advantage of this service. Buy more and save!

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping service to all our customers, domestic AND international. This means no matter how much you purchase, you pay the same amount for shipping. 

Shipping rates are as follows:

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment by PayPal and all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

How can I check the status of my order?

Check the status of your order online by accessing My Account. Once you log in, information will be available for individual orders.

How can I use a coupon code?

Coupon codes should be applied to the shopping cart during checkout. A deduction will show under the order total before you make any payment.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

We always strive our best to keep items stocked. At times, due to the high demand for beads and low supply, we may sometimes run short on certain items. We regularly receive new shipments and some of our products may not show as stocked in our online store. If you have an urgent need for specific items, please email us right away and we will check our inventory as soon as possible.


Can I return my product?

Our #1 priority is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with this item or any item in your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to qualify for our worry-free returns. Upon receiving your returned item, you will receive your choice of refund or store credit for the full cost of the product(s). Please note that you must receive a return authorization before shipping back your item(s), and that all return shipments must be done via USPS.


How can I join the mailing list?

We encourage all customers to join our mailing list to keep updated on the latest products and promotions in our store. You can join the mailing list by entering and submitting your email address at the bottom of any page on our website.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. We seek to combine the best product selection, superior customer service, and competitive pricing to meet our customer needs. Wholesale customers providing a resale number are tax-exempt. We offer bulk discounts as well as discounts based on order size. Please fill out a wholesale application to receive further details on our wholesale program.

What happens if my package tracking is "undeliverable" and returned to The Bead Chest?

If your package tracking reads something along the lines of 'Undeliverable - returned to sender,' the Post Office most likely was unable to deliver your order to the address you provided. This happens occasionally in cases where an incorrect address is provided, and in some other cases. Should this occur with your order, we will contact you by email for an updated address. We will hold the package for 21 days or until we hear back, whichever is sooner. After 21 days, the order items will be restocked. If you contact us after the 21 day period, we will do our best to resend your order. Please note customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges that arise due to an undeliverable package.
