There is no minimum order size required to place an order however orders above $250 will receive a cart discount of 10% off and orders above $500 will receive a cart discount of 15% off. Orders less than $250 may still qualify for tiered pricing depending on the quantity ordered.

All wholesale orders valued at $99 and above receive free expedited shipping to addresses in the USA. Orders less than $99 are subject to standard retail shipping rates.

At this time, we require payment at the time of purchase.
Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with coupon codes. If your order qualifies for a wholesale discount, and you still prefer to use a coupon code, please make sure the checkbox "I will be using a coupon instead" is marked before continuing to checkout. Once you are on the checkout page, you can input and apply your coupon code.
Check the status of your order online by accessing My Account. Once you log in, information will be available for individual orders.
Domestic wholesale orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days of the shipping date but may occasionally take longer. International orders will take between 5 business days to 1 month for delivery, depending on the country and local customs procedures. The majority of international customers report receiving their orders within 10 business days.

Orders within the Los Angeles metro area generally arrive within 1 business day of shipment!

Our #1 priority is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any item in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for our worry-free returns. Only merchandise sent back in original condition is eligible for return. Once your return is received, you will receive your choice of refund or store credit for the full cost of the product(s). Please note that you must receive a return authorization before shipping back your item(s), and that all return shipments must be sent via USPS. Additionally, returns valued at $200 and above may be subject to a restocking fee in some circumstances.

International orders may be returned only on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.

We always strive our best to keep all items stocked. At times, due to the high demand for certain styles and insufficient supply, we may run short on certain items. We regularly receive new shipments and some of our products may not yet be restocked in our online store. If you have a time-pressing need for something specific, please contact us immediately and we will check our inventory as soon as possible.
If you expect to order/reorder large quantities of a specific item throughout the season or year, please notify us in advance of your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you. The larger the lead time, the more likely we can ensure that we will be able to produce enough to meet your needs.
Yes. In most cases, we work directly with workshops and can produce custom items. Minimum order quantity may be required for custom orders. Please call us at 1-877-655-2323 for more information.

At the present time we are not open to the public and do not operate a public storefront. Appointments are available for professional / wholesale customers on a case-by-case basis. A minimum order of $250 is generally required for all on-site purchases. Please contact us if you would l like to arrange a visit.
