Likely intended to resemble older Venetian Skunk Eye Beads, these unusual glass beads may have been made in the glass workshops of former Czechoslovakia. Prosser beads such as these are made by pressing glass in a mold to form the desired shape and were sent in a variety of designs to Africa throughout the 20th century. These are vintage beads and have been passed through many hands. Each strand is unique and may vary slightly from photo. Individual beads measure 10-12mm across with a generous 4mm hole size. Limited supply.
