Admire these exceptional Mali Clay Spindle Beads. These beads derive their name from their use as a part of the traditional tool used by the people of West Africa to fashion thread. Repurposed as beads, each piece has been individually decorated with traditional African motifs. Look carefully and you will see that each bead is unique. Each strand will consist of approximately 18-19 beads measuring 30-35mm wide by 26-30mm in diameter. This is an unusual shape that is not found as often. Strand pictured is representative of the quality and design of the beads however each strand is unique and may differ in exact composition of beads.
