The mineral rich landscape of Central Asia has been a source of treasured stones for at least three millennia. These delightful, handcrafted gemstone beads come in a special saucer shape, measuring approximately 2-3 x 5-7mm, with holes measuring < 1mm. Each strand is approximately 17" long. Jade is a special green stone that has been valued since pre-historic times and has oftentimes been used in carvings and other ornamental objects.
