Take a look at this exceptional four strand bundle of vintage vinyl beads. Said to be made from vulcanized rubber or recycled phonograph records, beads such as these were exported to Africa from Europe during the early 1900s for the purpose of trade. Old vinyl beads such as these have bee replaced by newer varieties that are more commonly found. Vintage vinyl can be identified based on a smoother edge and the slightly polished surface of the beads. While these beads were made in a variety of styles, certain colors are harder to find. You will receive the exact strands pictured!
