Product Details

These round brown resin beads are made from genuine amber resin. Unlike more common pressed beads which are made by aggregating resin pieces, these beads are cut and polished from solid chunks. Natural amber such as this made from tree resin that has fossilized over a period of millions of years. Valued since antiquity, amber is lightweight and can be found in a variety of colors. The rustic character of these amber beads makes them ideally suited for ethnic and Boho jewelry designs. Look carefully and you will see that each bead is unique. The photo for this item shows Multiple strands to illustrate variation and color however you will receive ONE strand with each order. Each round bead measures approximately 4-4.5mm in diameter. A single strand will be roughly 16" long and have around 115 beads. Limited supply.
