The individual beads in this strand of tiny African clay trade beads measure approximately 3 mm in diameter! The strand is in good condition. The length of each strand is approximately 30". Picture shows 4 strands however strands are sold individually. Often found in Mali in HUGE quantities !!! and is still a mystery as of who made them ! and when ! Beads like these could be 400 - 500 years old!!
